The SIMERP Partner Program

Add a SIMERP Revenue Line to the Book You Already Built

Introduce your employer clients to SIMERP — a benefits program built on Sections 125 and 105 of the tax code that saves employers roughly $640 per employee per year in payroll taxes — and earn recurring residual income on every enrolled life. Zero cost to join. Zero cost to your clients. The back end does the work; you stay their trusted advisor.

Who This Is For

Four kinds of sellers bring SIMERP to their clients. Pick your door — each page carries the full pitch for that audience.

Insurance Brokers

A benefit that layers on top of the plans you placed — it protects your book instead of competing with it, and gives you a save to bring to every renewal.

CPAs

You see the payroll-tax line in your clients’ books every month. Bring them the offset they’re missing, deepen the advisory relationship, and get paid for the introduction.

Payroll Providers

Your clients live in payroll tax — and SIMERP is a payroll-tax story. Layer it on top of your payroll service and bring clients an offset only you showed them.

Sales Reps

Sold ERC or benefits/HR software? Your client list is the asset. Add a monthly residual line on top of the book you already built — introductions only.

How It Works

1

You introduce

A warm handoff to Brent — an email, a call, a meeting invite. That is the job.

2

The back end runs it

Presentation, Section 125 documentation, enrollment, administration, and client support — handled, start to finish.

3

You get paid monthly

$15 per enrolled employee, every month, tracked in a commission back office you can check any time.

The Economics

Your residual: $15 per enrolled employee, per month — recurring on 12-month client contracts. No setup fees; partner revenue is residual only.

Run Your Own Numbers

Your money is sitting right in front of you — in the book you’ve already built. You have the network, the clients, and the trust. Put in your numbers:

Your add-on revenue, at your numbers:

$63,000 / year

$5,250 per month, residual — 350 enrolled lives at ~$15 per life per month.

The client impact you deliver:

$224,000 a year in employer payroll-tax savings created, and 350 employees getting raises and no-copay care. That is what makes you the hero of the relationship — and the advisor they don’t leave.

Estimates from your inputs, at steady state. Every enrolled life pays ~$15 a month for as long as the client stays on the program; each client’s exact figures come from its own payroll.

Which clients qualify? Employers with 10+ full-time W-2 employees (30+ hours per week) — including employees on a spouse’s plan, since eligibility runs on full-time headcount. The employer savings analysis comes back within 72 hours.

Partner FAQ

The short version. Each audience page above carries the full FAQ for that door, and the partner resources answer the earnings and program questions in depth.

How much does a SIMERP partner earn?

Partners earn $15 per employee, per month — recurring, on 12-month contracts. A single 100-employee client pays $1,500/month ($18,000/year); a 500-employee client pays $7,500/month ($90,000/year). Ten average clients total roughly $180,000 a year in residual income.

Is there any cost to join the partner program?

No. There is zero upfront cost to join, and zero cost to your clients — the program is funded by the payroll tax savings it creates. There are no setup fees. You bring the relationships; the back end provides the decks, documentation, enrollment, and administration.

What does the partner do versus what does the back end handle?

Your job is the introduction — and staying their trusted advisor. The back end handles professional sales presentations, Section 125 documentation and paperwork, employee enrollment, ongoing administration, the commission back office, and client support. Nothing about the back end touches your desk.

What size companies qualify for SIMERP?

Companies with 10 or more full-time W-2 employees (30+ hours per week). Eligibility is based on full-time headcount — not on who enrolls in the company health plan — so employees on a spouse’s plan still qualify.

Who makes an ideal SIMERP partner?

Insurance brokers, CPAs, payroll providers, ERC sellers, and benefits/HR software reps — people who already sell to employers. SIMERP layers on top of what you already sell — it doesn’t replace any of it.
